Cavalor Mash & Mix is a delicious-tasting mash, ideal for rehydration after exercise. It contains tasty, easily digestible ingredients — including flaked and puffed cereals, bran, linseed and dried vegetables. Soaking the mash ensures the ingredients are soft and easy to chew. Ideal for mixing with electrolytes, or as a light and nourishing meal after competitions and training sessions.
Also suitable as a supplement to roughage for older horses or horses with dental problems
Rehydrate
A 500-kg horse drinks 25–30 litres of water daily. During high temperatures, work or transport, fluid needs increase and some horses refuse to drink. A mash is the ideal way to boost fluid intake.
Flaked & Puffed Cereals
Puffed cereals are heat-treated, disentangling up to 90% of the starch — making them twice as digestible as unprocessed cereals. Benefits include slower energy release, fewer sugar peaks, lower colic risk, and better nutrient absorption.
