Shipping and Returns
At Loolizoo, every order should feel like a treat — for you and your pet. Here's everything you need to know about delivery and returns.
🚚 Shipping Rates
⏱ Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are typically processed the same day.
Friday and Saturday are not considered business days and are not counted in delivery time calculations.
↩ Returns & Refunds
Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
The item must be new, unused, and sealed. If opened, at least 2/3 of the product must remain.
Return shipping costs ₪35 and is the customer's responsibility. No restocking fee applies.
Please pack the item in a sealed box — especially if opened — so our courier can collect it easily.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days.
