1 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All prices are in Israeli Shekels (₪). Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

2 Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are typically processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed on the following Sunday (the first business day of the Israeli work week).

3 Delivery Area

We currently ship within Israel. If you have a question about delivery to a specific area, please contact us before placing your order.

4 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

5 Delays & Issues

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control. Loolizoo is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.

If your package arrives damaged or you believe it is lost, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
